Exchange & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at emily2013623@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including underwear and slippers. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about your item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
